Secluded and private with a gated entrance, never before offered for events - this stunning garden property is now available as an exclusive event rental. Only available for exclusively a limited amount of times per year, this lush garden and orchard tranquil property is a breathtaking spot for your wedding or corporate event.


Located just across the street from the Miramar Beach and just a stone's throw away from Montecito's Downtown on Coast Village Road - this private estate is the perfect location for a secluded event in paradise.

Guest Arrival 

The House & Gardens 

Guests are invited to arrive by transport, entering the gated property through the valet circle. There is however a limited amount of parking onsite available for family and handicap needs. 

Upon arrival, guests can make their way through the front garden, lawns, and pool area.



The Ceremony Site 

There are several ceremony sites to choose from. The most popular is the Front Lawn, located next to the mature Avocado Tree Grove, with a clear view of the Santa Ynez Mountains. Other sites available are; Avocado Tree Grove or Pergola.




Cocktail Hour

Cocktail Hour is perfect around the pool area, with stone fountains and the view of the Santa Ynez Mountains. Cocktail Hour can also take place under the mature Avocado Tree Grove. This area includes twinkle lighting that wraps around all trees, creating a magical and sophisticated atmosphere. Furniture is included and arranged throughout this space. There are several large firepits throughout the location that can be lit to your liking.






Reception

After Cocktail Hour, guests transition through the garden and around the modern black barn to the peagravel back courtyard. This area is perfect for guest counts of 25 - 120 maximum. The peagravel pathway curves around mature landscaping and lemon trees

getting ready areas 

Choose between two serene, light-filled getting ready spaces located on opposite sides of the property. The getting ready locations are available for you and your wedding party to get ready starting at 8 AM on the wedding day.

Wedding Details

Overnight accommodations for 2 Guests for (4) nights, guest house with kitchen, living room, and European king bed 
Access to the private property for (5) days including (3) Days for the events / activities of your choosing 
Day 1: Check into the Guest House and enjoy the private gardens 
Day 2: Recommend hosting a Welcome Party or Rehearsal Dinner onsite 
Day 3: Wedding Day, all day access. The property has capacity for 140 guests (we suggest inviting 165 guests). 
Day 4: Pool available for use for a Pool Party / After Brunch for your family and friends 
Day 5: Check out of the guest house. Check out time is 4pm. 
Last songs to be played no later than 10pm per the noise ordinance in Santa Barbara County 
Existing power and water provided depending upon specific event needs 
Cottage style permanent restrooms for event use
Included Lighting: Existing pathway uplighting & Mature avocado trees wrapped in twinkle lights
Games including; horseshoes and bocce ball court at the south end of the Avocado Grove
Reception style cafe lighting, strung along in a crisscross pattern along the pea gravel back courtyard where the reception takes place
Two elegant getting ready spaces, with access as early as 8am on the Day Of the Wedding 
Advance installation allowed for vendor team, the week of the wedding


A Preferred Wedding Planner that works with you on a Full-Service capacity.
Professional Wedding Vendors are required from venue preferred list. Outside vendors are allowed on a case by case basis.
No overnight accommodations are available.
Additional power may be needed to accommodate a full band 
All guests must be shuttled in by shuttle service in size 24 seater or smaller.
The average overall wedding budget of $100k or more should be expected for a wedding of 50 guests. A minimum overall wedding budget of $150k should be expected for a wedding of 100+ guests. The property can host up to 140 guests. 
Rental of a flood light for the vendor - only parking area is required.
Additional lighting for lawn area, if used as reception dinner location.
Vendor tear down and removal, 8:30am - 6pm on non-event days.
Insurance Certificate naming the property as additionally insured for all vendors onsite (an industry standard practice).
