Opened in late 2022, this new venue is a dream come true for couples seeking an elegant yet comfortable farm backdrop for their wedding.

Grounds & Aesthetic:

Imagine a 100-acre oasis of rolling hills and lush meadows, where every turn offers a picture-perfect setting. The entrance itself—a tree-lined path—sets the tone for a stunning entrance. The patio, adorned with hanging lights, a stone fireplace, and gas lanterns – provides a dreamy space for ceremony or cocktail hour with breathtaking views. Inside, the reception hall stuns guests with beautiful lofty ceilings and fold-away glass doors that open to one of the largest event halls in Nashville. It’s the perfect mix of grandeur and warmth, offering a seamless blend of farm charm and modern luxury.

Location:

Nestled in Whites Creek, TN, Diamond Creek Farm is conveniently close to Nashville’s vibrant downtown. This makes it ideal for out-of-town guests who can enjoy the city’s hotels, dining, and attractions before and after the celebration. For on-site convenience, the venue boasts two luxuriously appointed suites, perfect for getting ready or as green rooms for performers.

Group Size:

With one of Nashville’s largest event spaces, Diamond Creek Farm is well-suited for sizable celebrations. The property accommodates 500+ guests. It’s also an ideal spot for larger wedding guest counts. The venue’s expansive reception stone space and outdoor lawns can comfortably accommodate your vision. Opt for an inside the reception space or have a tented wedding on the main expansive lawn.

Price:

During high season, Saturdays are start at $15,000 site fee. While Fridays and Sundays are $12,000 site fee. Okay with a weekday? Weekday options starting at a $7,500 site fee. Off-season rates (January-February) offer a slight discount, with Saturdays priced at $12,000. The venue also offers tenting options on the lawns for larger events. Their exclusive partnership with G-Catering ensures a lovely culinary experience, with buffet pricing starting at $55 per person and bar services from $32 per person – which is affordably priced for the Nashville area.

Budget:

So what type of budget do you really need to host a wedding at this location? You can expect to spend a minimum of an all in budget of $130k+ to host a wedding of 150 guests at this location, not including overnight accommodations or guest lodging. Pricing will vary based on your particular style, but overall to have a stunning tented wedding at this location, you can expect to spend this price and above overall on the wedding day.

My Review:

As someone who’s seen countless venues, I can confidently say Diamond Creek Farm offers something truly special. It’s balance of rustic elegance and modern amenities makes it a standout choice for couples who want a wedding that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. If you’re dreaming of a wedding that feels timeless and grand, Diamond Creek Farm is a must-see. This location is ideal for a bride who prioritizes the privacy of a private estate, and wants a mix of modern and farm. If you are willing to invest in the additional expense required to have a luxurious tent with flooring, the main lawn is a perfect spot for a big tent. If you are happy with the all white interior reception room, I would personally bring in some draping to soften the space and make it a bit more cozy.

Your site fee does not include a wedding planner, onsite rentals or catering. All restrooms, tenting, catering equipment, and necessary vendors must be brought in. There are additional overnight accommodations onsite if you are interested but this is not yet included in the site fee price. The location includes:

• Getting Ready Rooms: Two luxurious large getting ready rooms; with private restrooms and bars

• The Cocktail Hour Space: A stone fireplace, gas lanterns, and lights (ideal for cocktail hour)

•The Reception Space: includes stunning projection walls, suspended massive lit modern chandeliers, and lofty ceilings that seamlessly transition to outdoor spaces via fold-away glass doors.

Additionally, Diamond Creek Farm exclusively partners with G-Catering, offering exceptional buffet options starting at $55 per person and bar services beginning at $32 per person. This means you cant bring in your own caterer. Their in-house caterer is a more affordable option for you.
